About Us

Pregnancy lifestyle has it's ups and downs - a lot of people think they can not do anything while they are pregnant but this is definitely not the case. When planning your new lifestyle you need to be aware what you can and can't "sensibly" do. For instance did you know that you should now not touch ducklings?! This section is to help guide you through adapting to your new life:

Our parents are able to follow their journey through their pregnancy and ask questions and read advice along the way!

Our target audience of the website is predominantly pregnant females with questions about their new arrival - but of course extends to all those fascinated by names!

All the information has been written by Mums, Doctors, Midwives and Personal Trainers. We believe heavily in authenticaly written well researched content.

We're happy for our information to be referenced in web or print publications, as long as a mention of Pregnancy.uk is included.
